Minal is a marketing professional with over 20 years of experience, in publishing sales and marketing. She started her career with a prominent publishing group in India. With an understanding of publishing and publication strategy and marketing, her subsequent assignments included consultancy for Verve magazine and the Indian Chapter of the International Advertising Association. Before leaving India, for Kuala Lumpur and now based in Singapore, her last assignment was account planning and sales for the custom-publishing magazines of Mediascope Multimedia. In addition to being the Co-Founder of LeadThink, she has been instrumental in positioning the book and author of, “When Change Happens…A Story of Organisational Transformation.”
       
   

Lauren Houghton

After occupying the leadership bench in an HR consulting company, Microsoft and Credit Suisse, Lauren, branched out as an independent Executive Coach. With a natural leaning towards developing people, based on their strengths, she brings fresh perspectives on talent management with insights on building teams. Lauren’s clients include Prudential, Microsoft, Novartis, Alcon, BHP Billiton, Rio Tinto and Singapore Airlines. An accomplished leadership strategist, an expert in driving Organisational Effectiveness and building Leadership Capability, Lauren’s commercial experience, proven executive leadership and corporate governance exposure is further enhanced as a cross-cultural expert, having worked and lived in Singapore, Australia and other Asian cities.

Milind Soman

Milind has played a leadership role in the global technology & consulting industry. His expertise includes application software development & deployment, management & consulting services with top IT & Consulting firms including i-flex, Citicorp and Price Waterhouse (West Indies). He is involved with several corporates on initiatives like change management, technology consulting, innovation management, business process consulting & actively mentors new businesses in existing companies and start-ups. He is on the Advisory Board of Studies (IT) in management schools. He is a visiting faculty at business schools in India and abroad. A keen golfer, Milind’s dominant themes backed by domain experience & mediation skills are ideally suited for counselling people in their personal life journey as well as mentoring leaders and teams unlock their professional potential.

Rajesh Kumar Jindal

Rajesh’s 25-year career as a business leader in India and the Asia Pacific mirrors the growth and evolution of the technology sector in Asia. His diverse experience across SAP APJ, SAP India, Microsoft, Perfetti, Pernod Ricard & HCL has given him a unique perspective and in-depth grasp of business transformation and driving growth in varied sectors and situations. For more than two decades, he has led marketing, sales, operations & strategy addressing Enterprise, SMB, and consumer markets partner / developer ecosystems. He has worked with start-ups, incubation, emerging markets entry and early growth scenarios in addition to large multinationals. Rajesh is a regular speaker at Industry/marketing events and is a visiting faculty at business schools. His views on marketing have been quoted by many media publications. He has been recognized with the Innovation Leadership Award, APJ, SAP, for two years in a row and is honoured as ‘CMO of the Year’, VAR India, 2014.

While innovation is a buzz word which encompasses attention and investment of global business and industry, Lalit has been a big user of innovation and creativity, from a very early start, in his career. His edge lies in his ability to connect the dots, to provide insights on systems, processes & practices for the clients he is consulted by. Lalit is a Business Transformation Specialist. As a Digital Thought Leader in Transformation Strategy at SAP, he has led and managed organisation transformations for customers across Asia Pacific. His current role is to work with the top accounts of SAP to develop new business models and leverage technology to drive business strategy and value. He is the Design Thinking Champion for SAP Asia-Pacific & Japan. Lalit’s book, When Change Happens…A Story of Organisational Transformation, is created at the intersection of creativity and construct. It is a re-imagery narrative of the challenges of change. Lalit believes that theory is necessary but straddling concepts with practicality is what makes strategy win. Lalit’s rendition of change, as told in his book, features interactions that he has personally encountered while delivering change projects. Through his telling of Change Management, he has demystified change. He is a certified Master Coach in the areas of Organisation Transformation and a Certified Executive Coach to CXOs facilitating their personal and professional transformation.
