With an understanding of publishing and publication strategy and marketing, her subsequent assignments included consultancy for Verve magazine and the Indian Chapter of the International Advertising Association. Before leaving India, for Kuala Lumpur and now based in Singapore, her last assignment was account planning and sales for the custom-publishing magazines of Mediascope Multimedia. In addition to being the Co-Founder of LeadThink, she has been instrumental in positioning the book and author of, “When Change Happens…A Story of Organisational Transformation.”
